Family First Enrichment Cooperative exists to provide rural families with accessible, high‑quality enrichment, sports, and wellness opportunities that nurture the whole child and strengthen the whole family. We create safe, inclusive, hands‑on learning environments where children can explore their interests, build confidence, and connect with community. Through flexible programming, family-centered values, and community partnerships, we support parents, empower youth, and enrich the fabric of Kent County and surrounding areas.

We aim to remove barriers, expand access, and create a sustainable ecosystem of programs that grow with our families. Family First Enrichment Cooperative will become a cornerstone of community connection — a place where children discover their gifts, parents feel supported, and families flourish together.

Our Galena location sits beside a beautiful community park and within walking distance of the Kent County Public Library, Twinny’s with a Twist Ice Cream Parlor, and Galena Pizza, with Kinder Connection Child Care Center and Sassafras Primary School just across the parking lot—making us part of a vibrant, family‑friendly hub. Conveniently centered on US‑213 and easily accessible from the Blue Star Memorial Highway, we’re only 25 minutes from Middletown, 30 minutes from Elkton, and 25 minutes from Chestertown, allowing families from surrounding cities and counties to access high‑quality enrichment close to home.
