🌟 What We’re Building

Family First Enrichment Cooperative is more than a program. It’s a growing ecosystem designed to support the whole child and the whole family through:

Youth enrichment

Hands-on learning experiences

Seasonal clubs

Sports and movement opportunities

Family events

Adult workshops

Community partnerships

We are creating a place where children can explore their interests, families can connect, and the community can grow stronger together.

🌻 Our Commitment

We are committed to offering programs that are:

Accessible — removing barriers for rural families

Flexible — designed to fit real family schedules

High-quality — intentional, engaging, and enriching

Inclusive — welcoming to all children and families

Community-driven — built with and for the families we serve

🌤️ Our Hope for the Future

As we grow, we envision expanding our offerings, building partnerships, and creating even more opportunities for youth to thrive. We see Family First becoming a cornerstone in our community — a place where children discover their gifts, parents feel supported, and families flourish together.

This is just the beginning. And we’re building it with heart, purpose, and a deep belief in what our community can become.

🌱 Our story

Family First Enrichment Cooperative began with a simple belief: our children deserve more. More enrichment. More exposure. More support. More safe spaces. More chances to discover who they are and what they love.

As a mother and community advocate, I saw firsthand how many families were searching for programs that were flexible, affordable, and rooted in genuine collaboration. I also saw how many children were missing out on experiences that build confidence, creativity, leadership, and joy.

This program was born from that need — and from my passion for creating a place where families feel welcomed, supported, and seen.

Adrian Cotton is a radio host, podcaster, and creative educator who believes every young person has a voice worth hearing. With years of experience in radio, storytelling, and youth leadership, Adrian brings a unique blend of energy, mentorship, and hands‑on creativity to the First Family Enrichment Center.

He created the Creative Confidence Lab, a space where kids learn to express themselves through radio, design, and writing. His approach is simple: when young people feel confident in their voice, they become confident in their choices, their identity, and their future.

Through weekly sessions, Adrian helps students explore sound, build stories, design visuals, and discover the power of their own ideas. His mission is to help every child walk away saying, “I didn’t know I could do that — but I can.”
